Taught by Rebecca Midkiff, Owner of Aromatics & More Ltd and DIY Cosmetics. This course will only be offered 1 weekend per year. This year we will be offering it on Saturday September 20 and Sunday September 21.
Our Color Cosmetics Course will run from 10am to 4:30. We will break 30 minutes for lunch. Some snacks will be provided along with all the course materials. All you need to bring is yourself! For the most part this will be a demonstration course with some hands on. We will be covering the following.
1. Making Basic Balms and Hot pour cosmetics. This includes cream blush and shadow, lipsticks and eye pencils.
2. Making Pure Mineral Makeup both loose and Pressed. I will go over basic ingredients, how to match your skin tone and different additives to enhance the effectiveness of your powders.
3. Liquid foundations with Sunscreens, liquid eyeliners and mascaras.
We will have a kit available for $50 with all the ingredients and packaging you will need to start making all your own products at home.
